"He is one of the most team-focused colleagues that I have ever worked with. There is no task/story/challenge that he would shy away from if that is what the team needed at that time. On several occasions where I was out on PTO or unexpectedly sick, I never had any concern with things getting accomplished while I was out. Luke would always volunteer without hesitation to cover meetings, coordinate actions, or drive results. Luke is a very pragmatic problem solver and has skill cutting through unnecessary distractions when working with outside teams. He has a distinct ability to break through people’s guards since he is so easy going and engaging.

He truly rolls with the punches, and does not let anything stop him from accomplishing what he sets his mind out to complete. Luke has a knack for thinking outside the box and helps simplify situations to cut down on nonsense. He is one of the most consistent teammates I have ever worked with. I cannot think of even a single time when I was unable to rely on Luke. When he says he is going to do something, he does it – simple as that. He is an all-around excellent teammate.

He has a great sense of accountability, and has no issue taking responsibility when he identifies something that he thought he could have done better. I worked closely with him on a project that was very challenging at times: with complex financial instruments/technical content, and numerous teams that we would have to interact with. There are countless instances where Luke’s lighthearted attitude and humor helped us weather frustrating situations."
